In order for us to provide our service, our clients need to accept the following terms:

- payroll information regarding e.g. input of hours is to be given by e-mail/fax/telephone (telephone information requires written confirmation) 24 hours prior to preparation date

- information on new employees plus their P45/P46 is required no later than 48 hours before payroll preparation date

- payment of MMS's fee is to be made by bank standing order on a monthly basis

- all charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate
